目的：探讨妈咪爱联合中药颗粒治疗小儿消化不良的临床效果。方法：选择我院收治的消化不良患儿78例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各39例，对照组在基础治疗基础上给予妈咪爱治疗，治疗组在基础治疗基础上给予妈咪爱联合中药颗粒治疗，均治疗1周。结果：治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组，有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗前的上腹疼痛和腹胀评分对比差异无统计学意义，治疗后评分都呈现明显下降的趋势(P＜0.05)，同时治疗后治疗组的上腹疼痛和腹胀评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：妈咪爱联合中药颗粒治疗小儿消化不良能有效缓解上腹疼痛和腹胀症状，从而促进临床疗效的提高。
목적：탐토마미애연합중약과립치료소인소화불량적림상효과。방법：선택아원수치적소화불량환인78례，수궤분위치료조여대조조각39례，대조조재기출치료기출상급여마미애치료，치료조재기출치료기출상급여마미애연합중약과립치료，균치료1주。결과：치료조적유효솔명현고우대조조，유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조치료전적상복동통화복창평분대비차이무통계학의의，치료후평분도정현명현하강적추세(P＜0.05)，동시치료후치료조적상복동통화복창평분명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：마미애연합중약과립치료소인소화불량능유효완해상복동통화복창증상，종이촉진림상료효적제고。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Medilac-Vita combined with traditional Chinese medicine granules in treatment of pediatric indigestion. Methods: 78 cases of children with indigestion in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 39 cases each. The control group children were given Medilac-Vita besides basic treatment. And the treatment group, on the basis of basic treatment, was given Medilac-Vita combined with traditional Chinese medicine granules. Treatment duration of both groups was one week. Results: The efficiency in the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group and the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). Before treatment, upper abdominal pain and abdominal distention scores of the two groups has no statistically significant difference. After treatment, there was a significant descending trend in the scores of both groups (P<0.05). And the score of the treatment group after treatment of was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Medilac-Vita combined with traditional Chinese medicine granules in treatment of pediatric digestive can effectively alleviate symptoms of upper abdominal pain and distension, thus can promote the improvement of clinical curative effect.
