The finite element software Ansys is used to develop the finite element model for all structures on the upper part of the bottom bench to analyze the strength of related structure under dangerous working conditions and get the load ap-plied to the bottom bench.The 3D model is developed for the bottom bench via Pro/E, which is imported to the workbench to apply the load gotten.The finite element analysis is performed on the bottom bench structure, providing a good method for designing the bench structure of the tower crane.
