通过宏观及微观分析方法分析塔式起重机的断裂原因, 并进行了化学成分和力学性能试验. 结果表明: 事故塔式起重机的某一立柱与耳座焊接焊缝处的原有缺陷和低温环境引起的低温脆性都显著降低了立柱的抗冲击能力. 因此, 在塔式起重机受冲击力作用时, 立柱发生了脆性断裂, 最终导致了事故塔式起重机的整体倒塌.
通過宏觀及微觀分析方法分析塔式起重機的斷裂原因, 併進行瞭化學成分和力學性能試驗. 結果錶明: 事故塔式起重機的某一立柱與耳座銲接銲縫處的原有缺陷和低溫環境引起的低溫脆性都顯著降低瞭立柱的抗遲擊能力. 因此, 在塔式起重機受遲擊力作用時, 立柱髮生瞭脆性斷裂, 最終導緻瞭事故塔式起重機的整體倒塌.

The paper analyzes causes of breakage of the tower crane with micro and macro analysis methods, and con-ducts the chemical composition and dynamic performance test.The result shows that due to original defects in the weld joint of certain post and ear base of the tower crane, and the cold brittleness caused by the low-temperature environment, the an-ti-impact capacity of the post is significantly reduced.Therefore, when the tower crane is under the impact force, brittle fracture of the post takes place, resulting in integral collapsing of the tower crane.
