以某公司600 t桅杆起重机金属结构为对象, 通过Ansys软件对其进行仿真分析, 获得4种典型工况下结构的应力分布情况, 采用电测法对结构进行现场应力测试, 通过静态应变仪获得测试工况下的静态应力,对仿真和测试结果进行比较. 结果表明, 该结构形式的强度符合设计要求, 采用的结构强度仿真分析和现场测试方法对起重机结构的安全性评价提供了理论依据.

The paper takes the metal structure of 600 t derrick crane in certain company as the study object, and con-ducts simulation analysis on it with Ansys to get the stress distribution of the structure under 4 typical working conditions. The electrical measuring method is used to perform site stress test on the structure.The static strain indicator is used to get the static stress under testing conditions.By comparing the simulation results and test results, the paper shows that the structure strength is consistent with the design requirement.Simulation analysis on the structural strength and site test meth-od provides theoretic basis for security evaluation on the crane structure.
