步进梁是加热炉中的重要设备,步进梁的速度须精准控制,否则易对步进梁造成很大的惯性冲击。由于步进梁系统是典型的非线性和时变性系统,且当步进梁托起钢坯时速度会大幅度下降,严重影响步进梁的速度,鉴于此建立了步进梁系统的传递函数,提出了模糊PID 的控制策略,理论上能够较好地满足控制要求。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制算法具有结构简单、抗干扰、响应快等特点。
步進樑是加熱爐中的重要設備,步進樑的速度鬚精準控製,否則易對步進樑造成很大的慣性遲擊。由于步進樑繫統是典型的非線性和時變性繫統,且噹步進樑託起鋼坯時速度會大幅度下降,嚴重影響步進樑的速度,鑒于此建立瞭步進樑繫統的傳遞函數,提齣瞭模糊PID 的控製策略,理論上能夠較好地滿足控製要求。倣真結果錶明,所提齣的控製算法具有結構簡單、抗榦擾、響應快等特點。

Walking beam is an important equipment in furnace. The speed of the walking beam should be precisely controlled , otherwise it easily causes a great inertial impact on the walking beam. Walking beam system is a typical nonlinear and time-varying system, and when the walking beam billet holds billet, the speed of the walking beam will be a significant decline, seriously affecting the control accuracy of the walking beam. For this, the paper establishes the transfer function of the walking beam system, and puts forward a fuzzy PID control strategy which can better meet the control requirements in theory. Simulation results show that the proposed control algorithm has the characteristics of a simple structure , interference and fast response.
