The risk management has become an important task for modern nursing administrators due to the ubiquity of nursing risks. To ensure the patients’ safety effectively, it is imperative to clean up the nursing risk management process and identify the key nodes in five steps of risk management: risk identification, risk evaluation, risk control, risk track and feedback, risk management effectiveness evaluation, and adopt systematic management methods based on information platform to intervene every nodes in nursing risks process comprehensively.
