在用药差错频发、患者用药安全存在隐患的情形下，建立和完善用药差错防控体系是提高患者用药安全的重要举措。作者介绍了国内外用药差错发生的现状，采用节点控制管理理念，分析了用药差错的关键节点，进一步提出了构建用药差错防控体系的六大举措。
