Based on the finite element analysis software-Nastran,this paper determines its failure reason by analyzing stress conditions of swing arm on front suspension of one mini-truck under various operation conditions.And the author also makes structure optimization and road test verification for the swing arm of front suspension in order to meet the strength and reliability of the design requirements.
