目的：了解新医改后乡镇卫生院职工的收入和社会保险的变化情况。方法：通过问卷调查和访谈，研究12个县的乡镇卫生院职工的收入和社会保险情况。结果：2012年职工月均收入3157元，是2008年的2.16倍；43%的职工对现有收入不满意；与2008年相比，2012年职工各类社会保险拥有率均有提高。结论：新医改后乡镇卫生院职工的收入和社会保险覆盖率均获得了改善，但职工对收入的满意度仍然偏低，部分地区养老保险和失业保险覆盖率还需提高，各地绩效工资在实施过程中存在问题，职工工资结构有待进一步调整。

Objectives: To learn the changes of the wages and social insurance of the township hospital staff before and after healthcare reform. Methods: Researching the situation of the township hospital staff in 12 counties of China by using questionnaires and interview. Results: The monthly average wages of the staff was 3157 yuan, which was 2.16 times of that in 2008. 43% of the staff was not satisfied with the present wages. Compared with the year of 2008, the coverage rates of all kinds of social insurance were increased. Conclusions: The income and social insurance of the township hospital staff were improved. However, the satisfaction with the wages was still low. The coverage of the endowment insurance and the unemployment insurance in some counties need to be improved. There were some problems in the implementation of performance-related pay, and the income structure of the staff should be adjusted further.
