虹膜的定位包括瞳孔(内圆)和虹膜外圆的定位。该方法首先预判断瞳孔中心和半径截取目标区域小图,然后对目标区域提取边缘采用最小二乘抛物线拟合,算出左右固定区域内边缘点极值点坐标,得到瞳孔初始的中心坐标和半径。最后利用边缘点搜索方法精确定位虹膜。实验结果表明,该虹膜定位方法在速度和精度上都能达到较好效果。

Iris localization includes pupil (inner circle) and the positioning of the iris outer circle. Firstly it prejudges the pupil center and radius of the target area to intercept a small map. Then it extracts the edge of the target area using the least squares parabola fitting, and calculated within a fixed area around the edge point coordinates of the extreme points to give the pupil the initial center coordinates and radius. Finally it used edge point search method to pinpoint the iris. Experimental results show that the iris localization method in terms of speed and accuracy can achieve better results.
