根据H.264 SVC标准框架,结合移动自组网视频传输的特点,在JSVM视频编码中引入信道失真的影响,提出一种自适应的拉格朗日系数优化编码改进算法。仿真实验结果表明,在误码率较高和链路变化频繁的MANET中,使用改进的算法编码后的视频在传输中表现了较好的容错性与更高的解码视频质量。

According to H.264 SVC standard framework and characteristics of mobile ad hoc networks, a self-adaptive Lagrange coefficient optimized coding algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is based on JSVM video coding, and the adjustment parameters of channel distortion are added. Simulation results show that the video using the improved coding have better performance of fault tolerance and higher decoding video quality than which using JSVM coding in MANETs.
