对锁销式同步器锁止面磨损过程和机理进行分析,建立了磨损程度计算模型。运用有限单元法得到同步锥环和滑套锁止面摩擦过程中的接触应力与滑移距离的关系;以Archard模型为基础,分析了表面硬度、换挡力和换挡次数对锁止面边缘磨损深度的不同影响。结果表明:锁销式同步器锁止面接触应力与滑移距近似呈二次函数关系;锁止面磨损深度可以用Archard模型简化公式计算。
對鎖銷式同步器鎖止麵磨損過程和機理進行分析,建立瞭磨損程度計算模型。運用有限單元法得到同步錐環和滑套鎖止麵摩抆過程中的接觸應力與滑移距離的關繫;以Archard模型為基礎,分析瞭錶麵硬度、換擋力和換擋次數對鎖止麵邊緣磨損深度的不同影響。結果錶明:鎖銷式同步器鎖止麵接觸應力與滑移距近似呈二次函數關繫;鎖止麵磨損深度可以用Archard模型簡化公式計算。

Based on analysis about motor process and wear mechanism of pin-type synchronizer. Wear status calculation model was established. Relationship between contact stress and sliding stroke during synchronizer ring contacting with sleeve blocking surface by using FEM firstly. Then analyze the different influences of surface hardness, shift force and shift times on wear status on the edge of blocking surface. The results show that the quadratic function equation was found between contact stress and sliding stroke, the wear depth can be calculated by Archard model which was simplified.
