目的 探讨一次性吸痰管联合细节护理应用于胸腰椎骨折便秘患者灌肠的效果.方法 将120例胸腰椎骨折便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组使用开塞露塞肛或清洁灌肠方法,观察组采用一次性吸痰管联合细节护理,比较2组患者灌肠后2h内灌肠效果和排便舒适度.结果 观察组灌肠效果好,舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且患者满意程度高.结论 胸腰椎骨折便秘患者应用一次性吸痰管联合细节护理能明显提高清洁灌肠的效果,减轻患者的痛苦,提高护理质量及患者满意度.

목적 탐토일차성흡담관연합세절호리응용우흉요추골절편비환자관장적효과.방법 장120례흉요추골절편비환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조각60례,대조조사용개새로새항혹청길관장방법,관찰조채용일차성흡담관연합세절호리,비교2조환자관장후2h내관장효과화배편서괄도.결과 관찰조관장효과호,서괄도명현고우대조조(P<0.01),차환자만의정도고.결론 흉요추골절편비환자응용일차성흡담관연합세절호리능명현제고청길관장적효과,감경환자적통고,제고호리질량급환자만의도.
Objective To investigate the Effect of Disposable Suction Tube Combine with Detail Nursing In Constipation Nursing Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures.Methods 120cases of thoracolumbar fractures patients were randomly divided into control group of 60 patients,and observation group of 60 patients.Patients in control group using Glycerine Enema or cleansing enema,patients in observation group using disposa-ble suction tube Combine with detail nursing method.Compared the effect of enema and defecation comfort degree of two group after 2 hours.Re-sults The enema effect of observation group and comfort degree were better than those of control group(P<0.01),and patients' satisfaction degree increased.Conclusion Masticatory movement was easy to conduct for patients with gastric cancer,which could protect their intestinal tract function and help them rehabilitate.Disposable suction tube combine with detail nursing used in constipation nursing patients with thoraco-lumbar fractures could improve the effect of cleansing enema,reduce pain,improve nursing quality and patients' satisfaction degree.
