本文总结了骨科术后患者疼痛原因及相应的护理措施.主要包括分析98例骨科手术患者术后疼痛加重的原因,以及采取调整体位、调节情绪、自我放松及按摩、应用镇药等方法减轻术后疼痛等.认为骨科术后患者疼痛与环境、病理因素、心理因素、术后固定、体位改变等有密切关系,同时通过调整体位、调节情绪、情感护理、自我放松与按摩和改善病室环境等,能有效减轻骨科术后患者疼痛.

This article summarized the causes and measures of Orthopaedic patients with Postoperative Pain.Mainly included analysis the causes of 98 patients with Postoperative Pain,and take measures to reduce pain,such as adjust posture,regulate emotion,self-relaxation and massage,use analgesics,and so on.Considering that Orthopaedic patients with Postoperative Pain had close relations to surroundings,patholog-ical factors,psychological factors,postoperative fixation and body position change.Postoperative Pain of Orthopaedic patients could be reduced effectively by adjust posture,emotional care,self-relaxation and massage,improve the ward environment,and so on.
