使用有限元分析软件,依托海安船闸建立了非对称工况下双线船闸有限元计算模型,预测分析了回填工况及极端运行工况下船闸的受力性能,并与现场实测结果进行了对比,结果表明:依据前期监测数据调整后的仿真分析模型可以较好地为后续施工提供依据,从而降低施工风险,提高施工质量。

This article uses finite element analysis software to establish the finite element calculation model of double lock under asymmetric con-ditions relying on Hai’an lock,the characteristics of stress distribution and deformation of lock head and lock chamber under backfill and extreme operating conditions was analyzed,and were compared with the measured results. Results show that using the modify model which based on the early stage of the monitoring data,we can better guide the subsequent construction,reduce the risk of construction and increase the construction quality.
