LLC 变换器是一种非常有前景的拓扑电路,然而其工作过程较为复杂,很难建立准确的小信号模型,因此闭环控制电路设计困难。同时,随着 LLC 变换器的广泛使用,其过流保护问题也日益受到关注。针对一种具有过流保护功能的改进型半桥 LLC 变换器,提出了基于 Saber 软件时域仿真进行补偿电路设计的方法,并设计了一款1200 W 的半桥型 LLC 变换器。仿真实验验证了该方法的正确性及可行性,对实际工程应用有一定的指导意义。
LLC 變換器是一種非常有前景的拓撲電路,然而其工作過程較為複雜,很難建立準確的小信號模型,因此閉環控製電路設計睏難。同時,隨著 LLC 變換器的廣汎使用,其過流保護問題也日益受到關註。針對一種具有過流保護功能的改進型半橋 LLC 變換器,提齣瞭基于 Saber 軟件時域倣真進行補償電路設計的方法,併設計瞭一款1200 W 的半橋型 LLC 變換器。倣真實驗驗證瞭該方法的正確性及可行性,對實際工程應用有一定的指導意義。

LLC converter is a very promising topology circuit, however, its working process is so complicated that it is difficult to establish an accurate small signal model and design the closed loop control circuit. At the same time , with the wide use of LLC converter, its over-current protection issue is getting more and more attention. By discussing an improved half bridge LLC converter with over-current protection function, this paper proposes to design compensation circuits based on Saber time domain simulation and a 1 200 W half bridge LLC converter is built. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the design methods, which give certain guide for practical engineering applications.
