自我效能感从具体性分类可分为一般自我效能感与具体领域化自我效能感两类。在教学活动中,对学生而言的具体领域化效能感即在某一学科上的自信度,即学科自我效能感。高学科自我效能感的学生,其学业成就相比一般学生要高,因此学科自我效能感对学业成就的影响是积极的,尤其体现在学习任务难度较大的学科,如数学与外语。在教学活动中,无论是施教者还是学习者都需要注重学科自我效能感的培养。

The self-efficacy can be divided into general self-efficacy and domain specific self-efficacy when consider the specific of self-efficacy.In the teaching and learning process,the subject self-efficacy always regard as a kind of domain specific self-efficacy.The student who have a higher level of subject self-efficacy are more likely to get achievements.So the effect of subject self-efficacy on academic achievement is positively,especially in the mathematics and foreign language domain.In the long-term teaching and learning activities,teacher and students should pay attention to the improvement of subject self-effica-cy.
