目的:分析柔性管理对护士工作压力应对方式及护理质量的影响。方法:本院2014年1月开始对内科病房16名护士实施柔性管理模式,对比柔性管理模式前后护理质量以及护士工作压力应对方式的改善情况,并对研究结果相关数据做统计学处理。结果:相比于柔性管理前,柔性管理后护理工作质量明显提升,其中健康宣教、基础护理以及护理文书等方面评分均有显著改善,护理满意度更高,前后差异显著而具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施柔性管理后,护理工作人员积极应对,得分较柔性管理前有显著改善,前后差异显著而具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于内科护理工作人员而言,开展柔性管理模式可有效缓解工作压力,改善其身心健康状况,从整体上提升护理工作质量水平,具有积极的意义,值得推广使用。

Objective: To analyze the effect of flexible management on nurse work stress coping style and on the nursing quality. Methods: From January 2014, a flexible management system was implemented among 16 nurses of the Medical Department of our hospital. Nursing quality and nurse working stress coping styles before and after the implementation were observed and related data of the study were analyzed statistically. Results: Compared to the data before the flexible management, nursing quality was improved significantly, including aspects such as health education, basic nursing and nursing record keeping. The scores were significantly improved, and nursing satisfaction rate is higher. The difference was significantly and of statistical significance (P<0.05). After the implementation of flexible management, stress coping style of the nursing staff was more positive and the scores were better than that before the flexible management implementation and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For medical department nursing staff, flexible management can effectively alleviate the pressure of work, improve their physical and mental health, and improve the overall nursing quality. The management mode is worthy to be popularized.
