针对国内少片变截面钢板弹簧的应用情况,结合国外少片簧在国产化过程中的开发经验和制造工艺现状,提出国内少片簧在设计指标选用、材料选取、应力控制、脱碳层深度、强化处理、热处理、表面质量及售后备件等方面的设计依据,为进一步研究少片变截面钢板弹簧的设计和应用提供了理论基础和参考。
針對國內少片變截麵鋼闆彈簧的應用情況,結閤國外少片簧在國產化過程中的開髮經驗和製造工藝現狀,提齣國內少片簧在設計指標選用、材料選取、應力控製、脫碳層深度、彊化處理、熱處理、錶麵質量及售後備件等方麵的設計依據,為進一步研究少片變截麵鋼闆彈簧的設計和應用提供瞭理論基礎和參攷。

Application of the little variable cross-section leaf spring, present situation of few leaf spring development experience and manufacturing process in the localization process combined with foreign.
