教育实习是高职高专教育专业人才培养方案的重要组成部分，其质量的好坏不仅影响其人才培养的质量，而且影响基础教育的教学质量，但目前高职高专教育实习存在观念落后、时间安排不合理、指导不得力、教学技能和专业基础不扎实、实习评价不合理等问题。只有合理安排实习时间、加大实习指导力度、调整课程设置、加强教学技能训练，建立公正、合理、客观的评价制度，我们才能保证人才培养质量，在激烈的竞争中处于有利地位，更好地为基础教育服务。

Education practice is an important part of the training program of higher vocational education.The quality of edu-cation is not only the quality of personnel training,but also the teaching quality of basic education.However,there are some prob-lems in the present higher vocational education practice,such as the concept behind,Shi Jianan unreasonable,the guidance is not effective,teaching skills and professional foundation is not solid,practical evaluation is unreasonable and so on.Only reasonable arrangement of the practice time,increase the practice guidance,adjust the curriculum,strengthen teaching skills training,estab-lish a fair,reasonable and objective evaluation system to ensure the quality of personnel training,in the fierce competition in a fa-vorable position,better for basic education services.
