高职培养的是一线的技工、工作人员，这就决定了高职学生实践能力培养的重要性，而我们之前的实践能力培养理念和方法远远满足不了现在的社会需求。为了给高职学生职业能力培养提供一种新的思路和方法，所以将学生参与理论引入了高职学生实践能力培养进行研究，最后提出了基于学生参与理论的提高高职学生实践能力的培养路径。
高職培養的是一線的技工、工作人員，這就決定瞭高職學生實踐能力培養的重要性，而我們之前的實踐能力培養理唸和方法遠遠滿足不瞭現在的社會需求。為瞭給高職學生職業能力培養提供一種新的思路和方法，所以將學生參與理論引入瞭高職學生實踐能力培養進行研究，最後提齣瞭基于學生參與理論的提高高職學生實踐能力的培養路徑。

It is very important to cultivate the students'practical ability in higher vocational colleges.However,the concept and method of practice ability training cannot satisfy the social needs now.This paper introduces the theory of participation,to provide a new method for vocational students'practical ability training,introduces the theory of Student participation firstly,then illustrates the necessity of introducing the theory into the vocational students'practical ability training,finally,put forward the way of improving vocational students'practical ability training based on the theory.
