现代科技的快速发展对电子信息类专业人才培养提出了更高的要求，为此提出了基于三个“3+1”的电子信息类人才培养模式。文中对三个“3+1”人才培养模式的内涵和结构进行了详细阐述，并对三个“3+1”人才培养课程设置进行了深入分析，提出了三个“3+1”人才培养模式改革措施和执行方案。实践证明，利用文中的三个“3+1”人才培养模式，取得了优异的改革实效和人才培养成效，因此具有较好参考价值和应用价值。

It has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of the talents for electronic information majors. For this purpose, this paper has carried out the reform and practice of the electronic information talents training mode based on the three "3+1" model. Firstly, the connotation and structure of this training mode was elaborated, the foundation of this structure was discussed deeply. Then the curriculum characteristics was set based on this three "3+1" model, it was outstanding the engineering applied talents training mode. The reform measures and implementation of the program were proposed. The practice has proved that the use of this three "3+1" personnel training mode, it had achieved excellent results and talent training, and it has a good reference value and application value at the electronic information majors.
