学习环境的好坏对于学习质量有着举足轻重的影响,以广东环境保护工程职业学院高职生为例,通过对其学习情绪低落、学习行为不当、学习成就感低3个方面进行学习倦怠水平调查,并从学习环境、自身素质、课程设置、就业压力、情绪压力和社会支持等方面探讨影响学习倦怠形成的主要因素,进而为提高我院教学水平和人才培养质量提供参考。
學習環境的好壞對于學習質量有著舉足輕重的影響,以廣東環境保護工程職業學院高職生為例,通過對其學習情緒低落、學習行為不噹、學習成就感低3箇方麵進行學習倦怠水平調查,併從學習環境、自身素質、課程設置、就業壓力、情緒壓力和社會支持等方麵探討影響學習倦怠形成的主要因素,進而為提高我院教學水平和人纔培養質量提供參攷。
학습배경적호배대우학습질량유착거족경중적영향,이엄동배경보호공정직업학원고직생위례,통과대기학습정서저락、학습행위불당、학습성취감저3개방면진행학습권태수평조사,병종학습배경、자신소질、과정설치、취업압력、정서압력화사회지지등방면탐토영향학습권태형성적주요인소,진이위제고아원교학수평화인재배양질량제공삼고。
The learning environment has the significant influence to the study quality,to take Guangdong Vocational College of Environmental Protection Engineering as an example,the learning burnout level was investigated form low learning mood,im-proper learning acts and low learning achievements sense.Then the paper analyzed its main factors from learning environment, student quality,curriculum issue,employment pressure,mood pressure and social support,in order to provide reference for im-provement of education proficiency and talent training quality.
