依据当前河北省的社会、 经济、 环境状况, 以"夯基础, 促提高" 为主线, 采取健全环境经济综合决策机制, 完善区域综合生态补偿机制, 创新环境科技产业支撑机制, 建立环境保护公众参与机制, 探索农村环境整治长效机制五大举措, 全面提升河北省环境保护能力, 改善环境污染现状, 提高生态文明水平.
依據噹前河北省的社會、 經濟、 環境狀況, 以"夯基礎, 促提高" 為主線, 採取健全環境經濟綜閤決策機製, 完善區域綜閤生態補償機製, 創新環境科技產業支撐機製, 建立環境保護公衆參與機製, 探索農村環境整治長效機製五大舉措, 全麵提升河北省環境保護能力, 改善環境汙染現狀, 提高生態文明水平.
의거당전하북성적사회、 경제、 배경상황, 이"항기출, 촉제고" 위주선, 채취건전배경경제종합결책궤제, 완선구역종합생태보상궤제, 창신배경과기산업지탱궤제, 건립배경보호공음삼여궤제, 탐색농촌배경정치장효궤제오대거조, 전면제승하북성배경보호능력, 개선배경오염현상, 제고생태문명수평.
Based on the current social, economic and environmental conditions in Hebei Province, following the main line-"ramming the foundation and promoting the improvement", starting from the five major measures to raise the overall capacity of environmental protection, improve the status of pollution and improve the level of ecological civilization province: Perfecting the overall policy-making mechanism of environmental economy, perfecting the regional mechanism for ecological compensation, innovating the supporting mechanism of environmental science and technology industry, establishing public participation mechanism.
