车轮作为列车关键受力部件,其健康状态对列车的安全运行极其重要。针对国内外目前通用的检测方法大多以传统手持式人工探伤仪为主、操作与检测过程较复杂、准确度偏低并且耗费人力的问题,本文设计了一种基于超声检测的多轮对跟随式列车车轮自动探伤系统。该系统具有便携的机械结构、简单的操作流程、直观的图像显示,最大程度地解放了人力,大大提高了列车车轮探伤的效率和准确性。

As the key stressed components of the train, wheels in good health state are of great significance to the train′s safe operation. The current common methods of detection of the wheels′ state, which are applied at home and abroad, are mainly based on utilizing the traditional handheld artificial flaw detectors. However, the realization of this method involves the complex process of operating and detecting, which has low accuracy and costs large human resources. In this paper, we have designed an automatic flaw detection system of the train′s wheels, which follows the multiple wheel sets by means of ultrasonic detection. This system possesses the portable mechanical structure, the simple operation procedure, and the intuitive image display. Most importantly, this system saves human resources to the utmost extent, and greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of flaw detection of the train′s wheels.
