In the face of Minmetals Yingkou Enterprise Service Center building is not yet ripe for the metro environment,the client for building functional diversity,office space in general and signs of demand by the mode of new office space,master of urban design,land use planning,archi-tecture space of carding,analysis and deduction. So as to make the building design not only meet functional demands but also meet signal demand.
