以四氯化钛和异丙醚为原料，二氯甲烷为溶剂，采用非水解溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2凝胶，作为钛源对酚醛树脂进行改性。通过DTA-TG、FTIR、XRD和SEM等分析研究了TiO2凝胶引入对酚醛树脂热稳定性的影响。结果表明，当TiO2用量为3.0wt%时，酚醛树脂的残碳率由29.8%提高到43.0%，酚醛树脂热稳定性提高。TiO2凝胶改性酚醛树脂经800℃残碳率测试后还出现了石墨晶体，同时TiO2粒子分散较为均匀，无明显团聚。

Using titanium tetrachloride and anhydrous isopropyl ether as raw materials, dichloromethane as the solvent, the phenolic resin was modified by titanium oxide aerogel which prepared by non-hydrolytic sol-gel method. The effect of TiO2 gel on the thermal stability of phenolic resin was studied by DTA-TG, FTIR, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the residue carbon rate of phenolic resin increased from 29.8%to 43.0%when the amount of TiO2 was 3.0wt%. It was found that the graphite crystal appeared in the modified phenolic resin after carbon residue test at 800℃, additionally TiO2 particle dispersed in phenolic resin without obvious agglomerate.
