研究了通过快速瞬态算法实现企业外供电系统的智能防窃电系统,该系统在原电能表计量箱之前的进线一侧进行电能多参数采集,通过快速瞬态算法实现采集参数与原电能表的电力参考值实时比对来判定窃电行为的发生时间、窃电方式及窃电量,可实现自行断电和远程报警,报警解除后可通过 GPRS 无线网络实现现场无人的供电恢复。

This paper researched the intelligent prevention electricity-stolen system through rapid transient algorithm implementation enterprise power supply system,the system made electric many parameters acquisition before the original watt-hour metering box into the line on one side, through rapid transient algorithm realized acquisition parameters and original watt-hour meter power reference value real-time contrast to determine the time,electricity-stolen methods and electricity-stolen amounts of electricity-stolen way,which could realize the self power and remote alarm, after alarm contact could through GPRS wireless network realize the site unmanned power supply recovery.
