阐述了电感耦合等离子体质谱法的原理和特点; 综述了近几年国内外该方法在环境监测、 食品安全、 卫生医药、 矿物材料等诸多领域的研究进展及应用情况. 该方法有较低的检出限, 较宽的动态线性范围, 干扰少, 可同时定量测定多种元素及其化合物. 同时对该方法存在的一些问题提出了建议, 并对该方法广阔的应用前景作了展望.

The principle and characteristics of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were expounded in this article. The research and application in recent years about environment monito-ring, food safety, health medicine and mineral material were summarized. The proposed methodo-logy, which can be used for quantitative detection for metals and their compounds, showed good performance, such as low detection limit, wide linear range, and good selectivity. Finally, the aut-hor proposed some suggestions in view of this method to address the ongoing problems, and pros-pected the broad application prospects in environmental monitoring, food safety, health medicine and mineral materials.
