目的 探讨基层社区医务人员接受心肺复苏技术(cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR)培训的方法及效果.方法 将2015年05-07月接受CPR培训的606名社区医务人员纳入研究.由授课老师下基层进行社区全员培训,在培训前后通过理论考试和技能考核评估学员掌握CPR的水平.结果 (1)培训后医师、护士、医技的理论考试成绩较培训前显著提高[(49.83±24.99)、(54.85±21.66)、(42.70±26.29)分vs (88.52±9.83)、(90.25±7.87)、(89.39±7.68)分],差异均有统计学意义(F=629.5、515.9、324.4,P<0.05).(2)培训后医师、护士、医技的CPR操作考核成绩较培训前明显提高[(63.41±28.12)、(75.54±23.90)、(56.05±36.15)分vs (95.43±7.13)、(98.07±4.16)、(95.37±10.19)分],差异均有统计学意义(F=379.15、131.82、102.42,P<0.05).(3)本次培训14个社区服务中心,下发14份自制培训满意度调查表,回收率100%;调查结果19个项目中满意和基本满意19份,满意率100%.结论 本次培训以前期评估为依据,以学员问题为重点,强调动手,同时采取适合基层需要的灵活方法,收到了满意的培训效果.

Objective To discuss the practice of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training in basic health service stations and its effects.Methods 606 workers in community hospital who had received CPR training during May 2015 and July 2015 were recruited. CPR knowledge test and skill assessment were conducted before and after training in order to understand the knowledge and skills of CPR mastered by trainees, and all training courses were conducted in grassroots unit.Results (1) Compared with pre-training average CPR knowledge tests scores,post training scores of doctors, nurses and technicians were improved significantly [(49.83±24.99), (54.85±21.66), (42.70±26.29)vs (88.52±9.83), (90.25±7.87), (89.39±7.68)], and the difference was statistically significant (F=629.5, 515.9, 324.4,P<0.05). (2) For skill assessments, the average post-training scores of doctors, nurses, and technicians was higher than pre-training [(63.41±28.12), (75.54±23.90), (56.05±36.15)vs (95.43±7.13), (98.07±4.16), (95.37±10.19) ], and the difference is statistically significant (F=379.15, 131.82, 102.42,P<0.05). (3) Self-made questionnaires regarding the satisfaction of this training were handed out to the 14 basic health service stations, and the recovery rate was 100%; survey results showed that all stations were content or basically content for the 19 survey questions, which means that the satisfaction rate was 100%.Conclusions This training is based on prophase analysis, focuses on the problems of trainees, emphasizes on operation, adopts flexible approaches and fitting into basic needs, and gets pleasing effects.
