目的：观察中医养血解痉法方药目舒丸对视频终端（VDT）综合征的治疗效果。方法以视频终端前工作的网络公司职员为研究对象，筛选VDT综合征患者，随机分为2组。治疗组31例，予口服养血解痉中药目舒丸；对照组36例，予双眼使用萘敏维滴眼液，均治疗60 d，观察患者视疲劳症状、干眼症状评分，以及视疲劳起始时间、日视疲劳次数等指标的改善情况。结果目舒丸治疗组的视疲劳症状疗效指数明显好于润洁组（多元分析，近似Hotelling T2检验，P=0.0009），其视疲劳起始时间明显延长（P＜0.001），每日视疲劳次数减少（P＜0.001），前后变化差值高于对照组（P＜0.001）。对照组的视疲劳起始时间、每日视疲劳次数未见明显变化（P=0.918，P=0.137）。2组的干眼症状疗效指数接近（多元方差分析，P=0.478）。结论中医养血解痉法方药目舒丸治疗VDT综合征，对视疲劳症状有良好的缓解效果。
목적：관찰중의양혈해경법방약목서환대시빈종단（VDT）종합정적치료효과。방법이시빈종단전공작적망락공사직원위연구대상，사선VDT종합정환자，수궤분위2조。치료조31례，여구복양혈해경중약목서환；대조조36례，여쌍안사용내민유적안액，균치료60 d，관찰환자시피로증상、간안증상평분，이급시피로기시시간、일시피로차수등지표적개선정황。결과목서환치료조적시피로증상료효지수명현호우윤길조（다원분석，근사Hotelling T2검험，P=0.0009），기시피로기시시간명현연장（P＜0.001），매일시피로차수감소（P＜0.001），전후변화차치고우대조조（P＜0.001）。대조조적시피로기시시간、매일시피로차수미견명현변화（P=0.918，P=0.137）。2조적간안증상료효지수접근（다원방차분석，P=0.478）。결론중의양혈해경법방약목서환치료VDT종합정，대시피로증상유량호적완해효과。
OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Comforting eye pills on Visual display terminal (VDT). METHODS To select network company staffs as object, to observe the changes such as Eye fatigue symptoms, dry eye, visual fatigue initiation time (VFIT), fatigue time per day (FTPD) and so on, after treated with Comforting eye pills or Runjie eye drops. RESULTS Total curative effect index of Comforting eye pills group was obviously higher than control group (Multivariate analysis, approximate T2 Hotelling test, P=0.000 9). Comforting eye pills could obviously delay VFIT (P<0.001), decrease FTPD (P<0.001). The changes of before and after treatment were statistically significant for Comforting eye pills group, not control group (P<0.001). VFIT and FTPD of control group were not obviously change (P=0.918,P=0.137). It was not statistically significant of curative effect index of dry eye between two groups. CONCLUSIONS Comforting eye pills had a good effect to alleviate visual fatigue by nourishing blood and antispasmodic. It is worthy of clinical use widely.
