采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用以ODS-C185μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二级管陈列检测器,在245nm波长下对5%阿维·虱螨脲乳油进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,阿维菌素和虱螨脲的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9999,标准差为0.02、0.013,变异系数为0.60%、0.69%,平均回收率分别为99.96%、99.93%。

A method was developed for quantitative determination of abamectine and lufenuron 5%EC by HPLC on an ODS-C18 5μm column with UV detector at 245nm, and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol and water. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of abamectine and lufenuron were 0.9999 and 0.9999;the standard deviations were 0.02 and 0.013;the variation coefficients were 0.60%and 0.69%;the average recoveries were 99.96%and 99.93%.
