基于计算流体力学技术针对垂直螺旋输送机内的气流场进行数值模拟, 应用滑移网格模拟螺旋叶片转动, 分别采用三种不同的转速, 对输送机内部的压强和速度进行定点观察, 得到不同转速下压强和速度的变化趋势, 对下一步进行气固两相流分析有一定的指导意义.
基于計算流體力學技術針對垂直螺鏇輸送機內的氣流場進行數值模擬, 應用滑移網格模擬螺鏇葉片轉動, 分彆採用三種不同的轉速, 對輸送機內部的壓彊和速度進行定點觀察, 得到不同轉速下壓彊和速度的變化趨勢, 對下一步進行氣固兩相流分析有一定的指導意義.

The numerical simulation is performed on the gas-phase flow field in vertical screw type conveyer based on computational fluid dynamics technologies, and the sliding grid is used to simulate rotation of the helical blade.At three different speeds, fixed-point observation is performed on the pressure and speed in the conveyor to get the variation trend of both pressure and speed under different speeds, providing certain guidance for further gas-solid phase flow analysis.
