近年来，教学改革在湖南省高校中不断深入开展，在2014年国家级教学成果奖评奖中，湖南省共获9项奖励，这些获奖成果从单位的区域分布、学校类型分布以及成果内容和学科分布方面体现出一些特点。当前，湖南省高校以专业设置和课程内容改革为基础，以课程教学竞赛和修订人才培养标准为手段，以项目引领教学为载体，利用信息技术，加强条件保障和质量监控，不断推进高校教学改革。从国家级教学成果奖中存在的问题来看，应从以下几方面改进相关工作：对高等教育教学成果奖分类指导、分类评审；教学工作要强化顶层设计，加强专业教学；统筹加大地方院校的教学投入比例；校企合作育人中强化企业、政府的角色；成果要强化对人才质量、办学水平的评价导向；改革和完善成果的评奖方式。

Recent years have witness the progresses of the educational reform in universities and colleges in Hunan Province, which including the winning of 9 state-level teaching achievement awards in 2014. The characteristics of the award distribution are shown in the areas the universities and colleges are located on, the types of the universities and colleges, the teaching achieve-ments, and the subjects. All the progresses are realized through reforming major establishment and curriculum, organizing teaching competitions, revising standards for talent development, guiding teaching with projects, employing high technology, im-proving teaching conditions, and monitoring teaching quality. Problems are also showed in regards of the state-level teaching a-chievement awards. To solve the problems, one needs to take action, such as providing classified guidance and reviews, promoting professional teaching, increasing educational fund for ordinary universities and colleges, strengthening the role of enterprises and government in cooperation, putting more emphasis on talent quality and school-running capacity during the appraisal, and refor-ming the selection methods for awards.
