近年来,教学改革在湖南省高校中不断深入开展,在2014年国家级教学成果奖评奖中,湖南省共获9项奖励,这些获奖成果从单位的区域分布、学校类型分布以及成果内容和学科分布方面体现出一些特点。当前,湖南省高校以专业设置和课程内容改革为基础,以课程教学竞赛和修订人才培养标准为手段,以项目引领教学为载体,利用信息技术,加强条件保障和质量监控,不断推进高校教学改革。从国家级教学成果奖中存在的问题来看,应从以下几方面改进相关工作:对高等教育教学成果奖分类指导、分类评审;教学工作要强化顶层设计,加强专业教学;统筹加大地方院校的教学投入比例;校企合作育人中强化企业、政府的角色;成果要强化对人才质量、办学水平的评价导向;改革和完善成果的评奖方式。

근년래,교학개혁재호남성고교중불단심입개전,재2014년국가급교학성과장평장중,호남성공획9항장려,저사획장성과종단위적구역분포、학교류형분포이급성과내용화학과분포방면체현출일사특점。당전,호남성고교이전업설치화과정내용개혁위기출,이과정교학경새화수정인재배양표준위수단,이항목인령교학위재체,이용신식기술,가강조건보장화질량감공,불단추진고교교학개혁。종국가급교학성과장중존재적문제래간,응종이하궤방면개진상관공작:대고등교육교학성과장분류지도、분류평심;교학공작요강화정층설계,가강전업교학;통주가대지방원교적교학투입비례;교기합작육인중강화기업、정부적각색;성과요강화대인재질량、판학수평적평개도향;개혁화완선성과적평장방식。
Recent years have witness the progresses of the educational reform in universities and colleges in Hunan Province, which including the winning of 9 state-level teaching achievement awards in 2014. The characteristics of the award distribution are shown in the areas the universities and colleges are located on, the types of the universities and colleges, the teaching achieve-ments, and the subjects. All the progresses are realized through reforming major establishment and curriculum, organizing teaching competitions, revising standards for talent development, guiding teaching with projects, employing high technology, im-proving teaching conditions, and monitoring teaching quality. Problems are also showed in regards of the state-level teaching a-chievement awards. To solve the problems, one needs to take action, such as providing classified guidance and reviews, promoting professional teaching, increasing educational fund for ordinary universities and colleges, strengthening the role of enterprises and government in cooperation, putting more emphasis on talent quality and school-running capacity during the appraisal, and refor-ming the selection methods for awards.
