The goal of transforming information technology specialties in local colleges is to cultivate high quality students with innovative and practical abilities. Therefore, efforts ought to be made in reforming the mode of talent development, optimizing specialty structure, rearranging specialized courses, reforming teaching methods and patterns, reconstructing an experimental teaching system, and cultivating teachers with dual expertise.
