目的：研究尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物（uPA）在子宫内膜异位症（EMs）组织中的表达及意义。方法分别采用免疫组织化学 SP 法及 RT‐PCR 法检测正常子宫内膜组织30例，EMs 的在位内膜35例，EMs 的异位内膜35例，uPA 蛋白及 mRNA的表达。结果 uPA 蛋白主要定位于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞与间质细胞的细胞质中，极少数表达于血管内皮细胞中，在 EMs 异位内膜中的表达强于在位内膜、正常内膜，在 EMs 在位内膜中的表达强于正常内膜（P ＜0．05）。 uPA 蛋白在3组内膜的增生期与分泌期中的表达差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。 uPA mRNA 在 EMs 患者异位内膜中的相对表达量高于在位内膜和正常内膜，在内异症在位内膜中的表达高于正常内膜（P＜0．05）。结论 uPA 可能在 EMs 异位内膜的黏附、生长等方面起一定作用。
목적：연구뇨격매형섬용매원격활물（uPA）재자궁내막이위증（EMs）조직중적표체급의의。방법분별채용면역조직화학 SP 법급 RT‐PCR 법검측정상자궁내막조직30례，EMs 적재위내막35례，EMs 적이위내막35례，uPA 단백급 mRNA적표체。결과 uPA 단백주요정위우자궁내막선상피세포여간질세포적세포질중，겁소수표체우혈관내피세포중，재 EMs 이위내막중적표체강우재위내막、정상내막，재 EMs 재위내막중적표체강우정상내막（P ＜0．05）。 uPA 단백재3조내막적증생기여분비기중적표체차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。 uPA mRNA 재 EMs 환자이위내막중적상대표체량고우재위내막화정상내막，재내이증재위내막중적표체고우정상내막（P＜0．05）。결론 uPA 가능재 EMs 이위내막적점부、생장등방면기일정작용。
Objective To investigate the significance and expression of uPA in the endometriosis .Methods Expressions of uPA in 30 cases of normal endometrium ,35 cases of eutopic endometrium were detected by the immunohistochemical SP and RT‐PCR methods .Results First ,in three groups ,the expression of uPA protein was mainly in the cytoplasm of endometrial glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells ,few was expressed in vascular endothelial cells ,which the expression of uPA protein in ectopic en‐dometrium of EMs was higher than eutopic and normal endometrium ,with significantly differences among 3 groups(P< 0 .05) .Sec‐ond ,in three groups ,there was no differences between the expression of uPA in proliferative and progestational stage(P > 0 .05) . Third ,the relative expression of uPA mRNA in ectopic endometrium of EMs was higher than eutopic and normal endometrium ,with a significant difference among 3 groups(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion uPA may play an important role in the pathogenisis of EMs .
