肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)占儿童社区获得性肺炎的10％～ 40％,是儿科医师广泛关注的临床问题.近年来,儿童MPP呈现不少新的特点,其诊断和治疗问题需要规范.为此,中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组和《中华实用儿科临床杂志》编辑委员会制定了《儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊治专家共识》.共识简要介绍了肺炎支原体(MP)病原学、MP感染的发病机制和流行病学,重点介绍了儿童MPP的临床表现、影像学改变和实验室诊断,介绍了抗菌药物、糖皮质激素、丙种球蛋白等药物在儿童MPP中的治疗作用和方案.
肺炎支原體肺炎(MPP)佔兒童社區穫得性肺炎的10％～ 40％,是兒科醫師廣汎關註的臨床問題.近年來,兒童MPP呈現不少新的特點,其診斷和治療問題需要規範.為此,中華醫學會兒科學分會呼吸學組和《中華實用兒科臨床雜誌》編輯委員會製定瞭《兒童肺炎支原體肺炎診治專傢共識》.共識簡要介紹瞭肺炎支原體(MP)病原學、MP感染的髮病機製和流行病學,重點介紹瞭兒童MPP的臨床錶現、影像學改變和實驗室診斷,介紹瞭抗菌藥物、糖皮質激素、丙種毬蛋白等藥物在兒童MPP中的治療作用和方案.

Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) is one of the commonest causes of pediatric community-acquired pneumonia,causing 10％-40％ of cases.MPP has aroused widespread concern among pediatricians.In recent years, many new characteristics of pediatric MPP have been presented.So, the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric MPP is also required.For this purpose, respiratory branch of Chinese pediatric society of Chinese medical association and editorial board of Chinese journal of applied clinical pediatrics formulated the "Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children".This consensus briefly introduces etiology, pathogenesis and epidemiology of pediatric MPP;and focuses on the clinical manifestation, pulmonary radiograph,laboratory diagnostics;and recommended antimicrobial drugs, systemic glucocorticoid steroids, intravenous immunoglobulin and other medications for MPP in children.
