目的：探索中医护理干预对于糖尿病足的临床效果。方法：系统性文献回顾。结果：纳入15篇文献进行分析，根据观察指标的不同，分为皮肤感觉及溃疡面恢复，踝臂指数(ABI)，中医症状以代谢指标等方面进行文献描述。所有文献均显示护理干预的有效性。结论：中医护理干预对于糖尿病足的病情控制及预后的临床效果较好，但限于文献质量，建议未来进行大样本的严格随机对照实验。
목적：탐색중의호리간예대우당뇨병족적림상효과。방법：계통성문헌회고。결과：납입15편문헌진행분석，근거관찰지표적불동，분위피부감각급궤양면회복，과비지수(ABI)，중의증상이대사지표등방면진행문헌묘술。소유문헌균현시호리간예적유효성。결론：중의호리간예대우당뇨병족적병정공제급예후적림상효과교호，단한우문헌질량，건의미래진행대양본적엄격수궤대조실험。
Aim: To provide an overview of traditional Chinese nursing intervention for diabetic foot. Method: Systematic literature review. Results: Totally, 15 scientific reports are selected for final analysis. According to the variation of clinical index, the reports focus on the skin recovery, ABI index, and traditional Chinese medicine physical index etc. All of these show the good efficacy of nursing intervention. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese nursing intervention result in a good health outcome in the treatment of diabetic foot. However, both of the reports are lack of quality and randomized method, more clinicaltrials are recommended.
