近年来群体性事件多发频发，且暴力化倾向愈发明显，做好暴力群体性事件的预防和治理工作显得尤为重要。导致暴力群体性事件的诱发因素主要有：正式制度作用失效，行动者组织程度低，群体身份边界被强化，社会矛盾积聚到临界点，“导火索”敏感事件的出现。因此，要依法治理暴力群体性事件，应该主要从社会矛盾的源头治理、敏感事件的依法治理、事件解决后的危机治理三方面入手，依法妥善治理。

In recent years, the frequent occurrence of mass incidents has an increasing tendency of violence. How to do a good job in the prevention and control of mass violent incidents is particularly important. The causes of violence are as follows: the formal system is ineffective, the level of the actors is low, the identity of the group is strengthened, and the social contradictions accumulate to the critical point. The author proposes three approaches governedbylaw to address the problems, threare herefore,locatingthe source of social conlficts taking care of,sensitive troubles and followingby crisis management. .
