研究目的:以耕地保护协会模式下农地整理建后管护机制为研究对象,试图揭示建后管护的制度结构对农民意愿的影响机理.研究方法:制度构成的理论分析和基于Logistic回归模型的计量检验.研究结果:(1)正式制度特征中的制度受益程度对农民意愿影响显著,非正式制度特征中的从众行为和劳动技能的影响相对强烈;(2)包含制度特征变量的计量模型对农民意愿的影响机理进行了有效解释,正式制度和非正式制度的影响作用实现耦合.研究结论:建议完善制度设计的惩罚机制,引导形成农民积极参与后期管护的社会习俗.

In the context of supervision and maintenance of land consolidation initiated by Farmland Protection Association(FPA), this study's purposes are to reveal the mechanism of the institution structure on farmers' willingness. Methodically, Institution Structure Theory and Logistic regression model are applied. That is, institution elements are classified formal and informal institution, while the former includes constitution and contract of FPA, and the latter includes convention, custom, ethics, and so on. The results indicate that the degree of benefit in the formal institution significantly affects the farmers' willingness and the influence of conformity behavior and labor skills in the informal institution are comparatively greater. In addition, the incorporation of institution variables into the previous logistic regression model enhances the interpretation of the farmers' willingness. In conclusion, it is suggested that the institutional discipline should be strengthened and the social custom of the participation from farmers should be formulated.
