《礼记》中说:“师也者,教之以事而喻诸德也。”韩愈在《师说》中说:“师者,所以传道、授业、解惑也”。作者结合多年教学经验,从关心学生,深入了解学生,发现个性、信心鼓励学生,严格教育,全面要求学生等方面谈谈严谨教学、为人师表。

《례기》중설:“사야자,교지이사이유제덕야。”한유재《사설》중설:“사자,소이전도、수업、해혹야”。작자결합다년교학경험,종관심학생,심입료해학생,발현개성、신심고려학생,엄격교육,전면요구학생등방면담담엄근교학、위인사표。
"The Book of Rites" said: "what a teacher teaches students is not only professional knowledge, but also good moral character." Han Yu said: "the teacher is the person who teaches principle, knowledge and explain difficult questions". From care for students, the author combined with years of teaching experience, understanding students, personality and confidence to encourage students, strict education, and other aspects of comprehensive require students to talk about rigorous teaching, a teacher by worthy example.
