随着高校人事制度改革的不断深入,人事管理逐渐由身份管理向岗位管理转变,这对于高校师资队伍建设、提高高校教师的工作主动性与创造性具有积极的意义。本文结合高校师资队伍建设现状,以岗位管理为视角,分别从高校教师引进机制、稳定机制、激励机制与可持续发展机制四个方面进行详细的分析。

With the continuous deepening of the reform of personnel system in colleges and universities, the personnel management gradually shift from identity management to post management, for the university teachers team construction, to improve work initiative and creativity of teachers has the positive significance. In this paper, together with the present situation of university teaching staff construction, in the perspective of post management, respectively from the college teachers introduction mechanism, stability mechanism, incentive mechanism and the sustainable development mechanism four aspects carries on the detailed analysis.
