小学优秀生在认知能力方面有较明显的优势,但认知能力并不等同于心理上的健康。由于受激烈的社会竞争,过高的期望和顺利的成长环境影响下,优秀生心理上常表现出骄傲自负、任性自私、孤独、脆弱、过度虚荣、嫉妒等不良倾向。通过建立多维评价体系、适当降低期望值、加强耐挫力训练等引导学生正确看待自己,促进小学优秀生心理全面发展。

소학우수생재인지능력방면유교명현적우세,단인지능력병불등동우심리상적건강。유우수격렬적사회경쟁,과고적기망화순리적성장배경영향하,우수생심리상상표현출교오자부、임성자사、고독、취약、과도허영、질투등불량경향。통과건립다유평개체계、괄당강저기망치、가강내좌력훈련등인도학생정학간대자기,촉진소학우수생심리전면발전。
Generally speaking, top students are top in terms of cognitive ability, which doesn’t mean that they always keep psychologically healthy. Influenced by social competition, unreasonable expectations as well as growing environment, they tend to make mental well-being negative. Some precautions such as multidimensional evaluation system and ability to resist setbacks can make them develop in an all-round way.
