This article mainly analyzes the era of big data' s application value in the evaluation of college English teaching. And the age of big data also provided a powerful guarantee for the evaluation of teachers' teaching, makes the teaching mode of evaluation content, and more diverse more comprehensive, so as to enhance the enthusiasm of the teachers' teaching and the development of teaching and research.
