目的:通过问卷调查,了解某医学院校辅导员移情水平。方法:采用中文版人际反应指针移情问卷(IRI-C),在某医学院校对专职辅导员开展问卷调查。结果:IRI-C总分平均得分68.90。IRI-C总分在年龄、性别、文化程度上均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:某医学院校辅导员移情水平较高。移情水平在医学院校辅导员工作中有重要的作用,辅导员善用移情既能提高工作效率,又能促进学生全面发展。

목적:통과문권조사,료해모의학원교보도원이정수평。방법:채용중문판인제반응지침이정문권(IRI-C),재모의학원교대전직보도원개전문권조사。결과:IRI-C총분평균득분68.90。IRI-C총분재년령、성별、문화정도상균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:모의학원교보도원이정수평교고。이정수평재의학원교보도원공작중유중요적작용,보도원선용이정기능제고공작효솔,우능촉진학생전면발전。
Objective: Through the questionnaire survey, to know the empathy of counselor in a medical college. Methods: Conduct full-time counselors in a Medical College using The Chinese version of the Interpersonal Reactivity pointer empathy questionnaire (IRI-C). Results: It averaged 68.90 of IRI-C score, which were not statistically significant in age, gender, culture degree (P>0.05). Conclusion: The level of empathy in a medical college counselors is high. Levels of empathy in medical college counselor’ work play an important role, it can not only improve work efficiency, but also can promote the all-round development of students.
