This article from the perspective of macro economics, illustrates the higher vocational graduates due to the unreasonable specialties under economic transition, unreasonable curriculum structure, choosing a blind caused such problems such as structural unemployment, structural unemployment countermeasures and put forward higher vocational graduates.
