Haihe water culture not only has an irreplaceable role in the modern culture, but also an indispensable part of Ji culture. Combing the research achievements of water culture and the culture of Haihe river, find the cultural information in it, conduse to cause people's attention on Haihe water culture, and have better understanding on Ji culture.
