随着全球化进程的加快与高等教育的迅猛发展，大学生的就业形势相当严峻。当前一些高校在大学生的就业工作中存在一些问题与缺陷，阻碍了大学生就业指导工作质量的提升。因此对于高校来说，必须高度重视大学生的就业指导工作，为大学生提供优质的就业指导服务，为社会主义现代化建设输送更多优秀的人才。
隨著全毬化進程的加快與高等教育的迅猛髮展，大學生的就業形勢相噹嚴峻。噹前一些高校在大學生的就業工作中存在一些問題與缺陷，阻礙瞭大學生就業指導工作質量的提升。因此對于高校來說，必鬚高度重視大學生的就業指導工作，為大學生提供優質的就業指導服務，為社會主義現代化建設輸送更多優秀的人纔。
수착전구화진정적가쾌여고등교육적신맹발전，대학생적취업형세상당엄준。당전일사고교재대학생적취업공작중존재일사문제여결함，조애료대학생취업지도공작질량적제승。인차대우고교래설，필수고도중시대학생적취업지도공작，위대학생제공우질적취업지도복무，위사회주의현대화건설수송경다우수적인재。
Along with the speeding up of globalization and the rapid development of higher education, college students' employment situation is quite serious. In some colleges and universities in the employment of college students has some problems and defects, hindered the university students' employment guidance work quality improvement. For colleges and universities, therefore, must attach great importance to college students' employment guidance work, for college students to provide quality career guidance service, deliver more excellent talents for socialist modernization construction.
