在2010年的1月1日，全新的全国啦啦操竞赛规则颁布，即2010—2013年全国啦啦操竞赛规则。此次全新竞赛规则的提出表明啦啦操竞赛在今后又将发生着较大的变化，对于比赛团体而言，其训练的重点也将发生一定的改变。将啦啦操新规则与旧规则进行对比，找出其中的不同之处，进一步提出现行规则下的啦啦操制胜因素，为啦啦操竞赛团体取得更为优异的成绩提供帮助。
재2010년적1월1일，전신적전국랍랍조경새규칙반포，즉2010—2013년전국랍랍조경새규칙。차차전신경새규칙적제출표명랍랍조경새재금후우장발생착교대적변화，대우비새단체이언，기훈련적중점야장발생일정적개변。장랍랍조신규칙여구규칙진행대비，조출기중적불동지처，진일보제출현행규칙하적랍랍조제성인소，위랍랍조경새단체취득경위우이적성적제공방조。
A new national cheerleading competition rule called national cheerleading competi-tion rule in 2010 - 2013 was promulgated in January 1, 2010. The proposed new competition rule suggest that great changes will take place in the cheerleading aerobics competition in the future, For the race organization, the training focus will also be changed. In this paper, firstly, the new rule and the old one of cheerleading competition had been compared with each other and the differences between them had been identified. Then, the winning factors of cheerleading aerobics competition under the current rule were proposed in further, and all of above provide reference and assistance for the competition teams to achieve more excellent results in the cheerleading aerobics competition.
