采用气相色谱-质谱联用(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ,GC-MS )技术对养心生脉颗粒的挥发性成分进行分析,为该制剂的化学成分研究及其质量控制提供理论基础。采用挥发油测定法,提取养心生脉颗粒中的挥发油成分,以毛细管柱进行GC分析,用MS对其化学成分进行鉴定,用面积归一化法测定其相对含量。共分离出31个化学成分,鉴定出其中的25种成分,相对含量较高的成分有棕榈酸(49.25%)、亚油酸(20.94%)、反式-9-十八碳烯酸(3.58%)和硬脂酸(3.28%)。养心生脉颗粒中挥发油成分主要为烷烃、酯类、脂肪酸等。
採用氣相色譜-質譜聯用(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ,GC-MS )技術對養心生脈顆粒的揮髮性成分進行分析,為該製劑的化學成分研究及其質量控製提供理論基礎。採用揮髮油測定法,提取養心生脈顆粒中的揮髮油成分,以毛細管柱進行GC分析,用MS對其化學成分進行鑒定,用麵積歸一化法測定其相對含量。共分離齣31箇化學成分,鑒定齣其中的25種成分,相對含量較高的成分有棕櫚痠(49.25%)、亞油痠(20.94%)、反式-9-十八碳烯痠(3.58%)和硬脂痠(3.28%)。養心生脈顆粒中揮髮油成分主要為烷烴、酯類、脂肪痠等。

GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ) was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Yangxinshengmai Granule to provide theoretical basis for determination of its chemical constituents and quality control .The volatile oil of Yangxinshengmai Granule was ex-tracted with steam distillation method ,the chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography and identified by mass spectrometry ,and the relative content of constituents were determined by area normalization method .31 compounds were detected and 25 com-pounds of them were identified .And the compounds with higher relative contents were Palmitic acid (49.25% ) ,Linoleic acid (20.94% ) ,9-trans-Octadecenoic acid(3.58% ) ,and Stearic acid(3.28% ) ,respectively .The main components in volatile oil of Yangxinshengmai Granule were alkanes ,esters and fatty acid ,etc .
